Beside numerous projects with great traffic organisations like Deutsche Bahn AG, MTBA “Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority” of Boston, USA, with a project size of approx. 100 million US-$ is the greatest single project of Scheidt & Bachmann until now. Equipped with our systems for petrol stations, the most renowned mineral oil companies are within our clientele. Just in Germany, more than 5000 petrol stations work with our management systems, from the petrol pump via the pay station systems right up to our integrated forecourt control. In addition to the connection of petrol stations to the main frames of the large concerns, Scheidt & Bachmann takes technical care of all systems, in a “round-the-clock service”. More and more of our reliable petrol station systems are used also in Eastern European countries.
By our systems for signal engineering, we provide complete systems for supervision and control of railroad tracks, including railway crossings and station systems. Among others, Deutsche Bahn AG trusts on this safe technology, because it is one of the most reliable systems in the world.
In the indoor car park and leisure time business, Scheidt & Bachmann not only provides systems for car park management but also cash registers and access systems for leisure time activities, stadiums and fairs. There are no limits set to the size of such systems, because the system is of a scaleable structure and can be adapted to any demand.
Scheidt & Bachmann has achieved its extraordinary strength and flexibility by the synergy effects and core competence, arising from the know-how of long-time staff members, from safety concepts, from our own research and development activities, from production, logistics and service networks of the individual departments involved.
