PlanTech bath and module systems
The PlanTech Bad- und Modulsysteme GmbH in Brehna, Leipzig, was founded in 1995. The company manufactures prefabricated baths for new construction and the refurbishment of hotels, apartment buildings, boarding schools, student residences, frail care homes and old age homes.
The PlanTech Bad- und Modulsysteme GmbH is the ideal partner for the building of bathroom building-block modules and room modules. This concept is particularly well suited to the building of hotels, apartment buildings, social institutions such as hospitals and frail care centers, as well as administrative buildings.
A big advantage of the PlanTech baths is that the system is flexible and there is individuality in the manufacture of the baths.

It is recommended that the client already communicates with the room module manufacturer in the planning phase. This enables the parties to establish a clear scope of work and, during the early building phases, ensures a smooth flow by demarcating it from other work in the fields of sanitation, heating, ventilation and electrical installation. The basic principle of our system is a combination of concrete and dry construction. The floor is reinforced concrete whereas the walls are dry walls. Wall thickness depends on the installations that lie within. They range from 65 – 95mm, excluding tiles. The modules are delivered by standard trucks at a time that is convenient for the developer. It is vital that the drive ways to the building sites are kept free at the relevant time.
