Philosophy
Innovative experience orientated facade planning
Already during the ancient world and during the whole past building culture, the facades had the important task to reflect artistic architecture in order to represent the distinctive face of a building. Nowadays, this claim is more important than ever.
However, as an innovative building shell, the facade becomes a complex issue if technical requirements are to be implemented in the context of structural, thermal and energy-related interests.
In a way, the breathing shell of a building is highly isolated against heat, coldness and sound.
It consists of sun protection and shade and enables adjustable or manual ventilation of rooms, lights up rooms and reduces energy and operating costs.
The highly raised demands of building services engineering, as well as, occupancy and upper building functionality must be achieved in respect of the economy and sustainability.
That is possible because of the development of a very specialized façade technique.
The outcome of this, however, is an unclear diversity of materials, building materials, surfaces, technical units, etc. which are suitable for implementation during the technical planning process.
Furthermore, since the facade accounts for around 25% of the construction costs in large scale projects and greatly determines future production costs, the sustainability of the structural condition, as well as, energy consumption and running costs, the technical support and supervision of a façade consultant has become an important part of the overall planning of complex buildings during the whole planning process.

As independent consulting engineers for facade techniques, we ambitiously undertake the technical consultation services and planning of building shells/ facades of large scale projects. Our specialized engineers are endowed with great technical creativity to achieve economic and functional results.
In particular the feature on us is the fact that our entrepreneurs and engineers have been operating for decades in well established building companies for façade constructions, especially as executors for individual façade constructions of major projects; this concerns the technical development as well as the commercial processing.
