Construction

The construction company, Constructora Senarco was commissioned to build the tower. They have extensive experience in the construction of high rise buildings and they are responsible for many of the new buildings in the area, including the Millenium Tower and El Bosque 500 Tower.

Construction started in May of 2006 andwas completed in December 2008, moving at a demanding construction pace of 2,500 square meters per week. The entrance hall is be over 1,000 square meters and of 14 meters in height. It has granite floors, marble and granite walls, metallic revolving and double doors, and curtain walls made of hard-tempered crystal.

The facades of the building consist of thermo-panels and granite surfaces. The thermo-panels is made of a double hard-tempered glass and there are be no ledges in order to maximize the views and the entrance of light.

The project includes 20 elevators, each measuring 3.6 square meters and 3.2 meters in height, all of which feature high speed, a system of anticipated call, and low-energy consumption.
