Serdika Center Sofia, Bulgaria

One of the biggest shopping centres in South-Eastern Europe, the Serdika Center in Sofia, opened after a 2-year construction period in the beginning of 2010. This modern shopping centre was realised by Sparkassen Immobilien AG - who are listed on the Vienna stock-market - and ECE Projektmanagement, European market leader for shopping galleries.

The shopping and office center will be located on Sitniakovo Boulevard, in the prestigious Oborishte district in the eastern part of the business district.
