Fire protection

The maximum gross surface area of each building is under 1000 m². The planned area allows for only one fire protection sector per floor per tower. Fire walls can be used on the ground floor, and the first floor to create smaller fire safety areas. It is intended that a sprinkler system be installed on the ground floors.

The longest escape route to access stairs is less than 30 meters. Fire engines can access the building from all sides via the Savska, the Nova Cesta and the service road. A suitable fire alert system will be established according to legal guidelines and, according to this, a suitable alarm system should be designed.
