Project Overview
Park City, Moscow, Russia Project Park City is based on the masterplan of Kohn Pedersen Fox Architects from London. It enfolds an area of 15 hectare and is located right on Koskwa's waterfront as well as one of the main streets, called the Kutuzovsky Prospekt, between the central gardencircle and the third ring, next to the well-known hotel Ukraina. The estate is oriented in direction downtown and a view on one of the rare bigger parkways in Moscow facing it. The masterplan includes a new district with a lot of housebuilding, office areas, shopping and lawn.
The investor had been specifically looking for a Western (German) architect, not only to take full advantage of the reputation of German engineering in all of the CIS, but also to establish a different design language by assigning the German architect engineer OWC GmbH.
