The double façade of the building fulfills numerous requirements such as city council requirements, energy consumption requirements, fire safety and sound proofing requirements. This double layer is not just the façade of the building; it creates a barrier between the exterior city and the building interior. It feels like the façade allows the building to breath.

Furthermore, the textured nature of the façade produces multiple views of the city depending on one’s location, the time of day and the season. It highlights the ever changing, dynamic spirit of the city.
