Moscow City Palace, Moscow, Russia The scheme RMJM developed for the client, City Palace LLC, combines an office tower and podium retail development with a contemporary wedding registry office located at the base of the tower. An extensively landscaped public plaza covers the podium and provides pedestrian connectivity to other areas within the larger Moscow City development.
