Marquis is the 2nd tallest building in Miami and one of the city’s most prominent projects. In addition to its industry accolades, soaring height and striking architecture by Arquitectonica, Marquis is distinguished by the original artwork on display and the opportunities to engage in the rich arts and culture of Miami through unique partnerships.

Marquis is the vanguard project in the creation of a downtown brimming with arts and culture. The building will feature artwork by renowned artist(s). A sculpture will wrap the building exterior. Marquis will continue to cultivate relationships with artists and art venues in the neighborhood and surrounding community.
