Hotel

The hotel complex comprises three individual towers and is crowned by a 10,000 square metre (108,000 square foot) hotel SkyPark that acts as a gateway to Singapore. Here, the objective of porosity and permeability mandated by the URA takes on a powerful symbolic gesture of welcome towards the sea. Seen from the ships anchored at sea, the two great urban windows created by the towers and hotel SkyPark frame the views towards Downtown. East-facing rooms enjoy roof gardens and generously planted terraces that climb up the building in a series of hanging gardens, extending the park ambience. West-facing rooms enjoy a view of the Downtown.

The three towers of the hotel, totaling 3,400 rooms possess two elements that connect and unify them. The first is a continuous glazed atrium lobby extending through the length of the site and the second is the aforementioned 2-1/2 acre hotel SkyPark. The east facade of the hotel towers features continuous balconies of planted bougainvillea.
