A unique multi-use project in Panama City, the 3.3-hectare site is surrounded by an excellent road network, has spectacular views of the bay, the Panama Canal and the mountains, and occupies a superb strategic position for the future growth of the city. The project uses recyclable materials, solar and wind energy.

The buildings occupy a total of 460,000 m², including three skyscrapers housing residential and offices with an exclusive five-star hotel with casino, gymnasium, spa, leisure, meeting rooms, an open-air auditorium, swimming pools, restaurants, and an exhibition centre. The other two, each exclusively residential, are 275m high. The lower levels of the three towers will house up-market shops, a hypermarket and a six-floor car park.
