Project Overview
Kutuzovsky International Center, Moscow, Russia This "city in the city" emerges straight between the for city planning important main road, the Kutuzovsky Prospekt, and the Moskwa, whose riverside passes over to an 1,8 hectare big public park.
The overall measure enfolds 368.000 qm and consists of two approx. 180 and 200 m high twin towers with 45 and 50 storeys each, which, as a result of their close proximity to each other and their rounded shape, appear like of a piece. In front of them straddles a central plaza, sheltered from hecticness and traffic, which re-presents an oasis of peace. Architect:
