The exciting retail-led iSQUARE - developed by Associated International Hotels Limited, injects new energy and vitality into one of Asia's most prominent retail locations. In collaboration with Rocco Design Limited, Benoy designed the imaginative 56,000 m² concept to integrate high quality retail with state-of-the-art entertainment and extensive dining and lifestyle offers across all 31 storeys, whilst introducing direct links to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro concourse on two levels.

Benoy's world renowned retail design expertise ensures that iSQUARE benefits from optimum customer flows throughout the entire mall. By zoning levels, planning efficient vertical circulation and allowing for diverse retail and leisure offers in the design, Benoy has delivered a rich retail environment that provides retailers with the perfect backdrop on which to promote their brands and products, whilst simultaneously avoiding the potential pitfalls of ill-conceived customer circulation strategies.

Benoy's design incorporates asymmetrical shifting voids of space between the levels to give the impression of additional depth inside the constrained floor plate. These strategically placed voids, coupled with the spectacular glass facade allow the sun to flood the building with light during the day.
