Project Overview
Incheon 151 Tower, Korea The preliminary vision for Songdo Landmark City, located in Districts Six and Eight of Songdo, is a multi-use development with the centerpiece being the 151-story Incheon Tower. When completed, the planned structure will be the tallest building in Northeast Asia and the second tallest in the world. The waterfront site is approximately one and half times the size of New York City’s Central Park. When completed, preliminary plans call for the creation of multi-use space, including office, hotel, retail, residential, schools, and recreation facilities that will be constructed on a phased basis at an estimated cost of more than $17 billion USD.
