Two 27-storey high quadratic towers are sticking out of a five storey socket building on opposite edges. The plane of one tower level of about 35 m by 35 m amounts about 1.200 qm, including the inboard core. This "class A"-building provides a plane of about 105.000 qm for office and special use and an underground car park.
