Unibail-Rodamco and ECE are building the Arkady Pankrac together. Both companies already acquired a good reputation as a real estate developer and operator. Unibail-Rodamco already realised the Centrum Chodov and the Centrum Verny Most - the shopping- and event centre in Prague. Currently ECE is building the Galerie Liberec in downtown Liberec and errected the Gallery Vankovka as well.

The shopping centres are located in Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Turkey, Greece and Qatar.
