Location

The international Moscow shopping center “Moscow City” is one of the biggest and most ambitious projects of the Russian capital. It was initiated by the city council. In the near future fifteen sky scrapers will tower on this 100 hector location (only 4km from the Kremlin).

A total of 60 hectors will be developed – more than 2.5 mill m² of office space, apartments, hotel, retail and recreational space are to be created in this mini city on the Moskva shore. Most of the high rises will be grouped around a central shopping area. A separate underground line is already under construction and high speed transport lines on street level connecting Moscow City with two international airports are planned.
