The building site of the wellness park is located a little outside of the city centre of Moscow in an area partly wooded and built up with several residential high-rise blocks.
The wellness park itself occupies the two basement storeys of an approximately 25-storeyed residential high-rise block.

To emphasize the different use the wellness division is architecturally completely separated from the upper residential building. A pedestal - which floor plan is larger than that of the residential storeys - is being "pushed" under the building.

Wherever possible the façades will be amply glazed in order to establish a relationship with the outside and to enable the guest to experience the surroundings with the beautiful trees.

To provide the wellness park with the adequate spaciousness, the rooms flow smoothly into each other. An accessible room-sculpture is created which functional areas are interwoven into one entire landscape.
