Mall

With public facilities at roof-top podium level, including an open plaza with al-fresco dining and landscaped gardens surrounded by residential serviced apartments, hotels and offices, with a catchment area of more than 160,000, Elements is set to become a prime destination in the heart of Hong Kong.

Integrating 21 towers, two MTR stations, residential, offices including the much anticipated ICC office tower, hotels, serviced apartments, retail, an open-air rooftop park and several public transport interchanges, Elements is set to become a prime live, work and play destination in the heart of Hong Kong.

Elements Mall design highlights include:

Zones: The final scheme design embodied the design principles inspired by Chinese Feng Shui principles and adopted sophisticated theming zones defined by the organic character of the five elements: Fire, Earth, Wood, Water and Metal.

The Events Plaza: A significant amount of the retail GFA was allocated to a restaurant and café event plaza at the roof level to create an outdoor hub to the project that engaged with the rooftop park.

Arrivals courts: The podium was carved back at two key arrival nodes on the western frontage to create an open and welcoming sense of arrival for shoppers and the office and hotel towers.

The Hills: The additional podium area was re-located at roof level to create landscaped hills at the roof park level that conceal upper level parking below. These "hills" also create interest in the landscape and, importantly, allowed headroom in the mall to be lifted, creating drama within the spaces.
