The access to the public hotel areas including the conference centre, the ballroom, the restaurant and the fitness centre, and the cruise-terminal is structured clearly. The circulation of the back-of-house areas is strictly seperated from the public functions without any crossings.

The hotel guests enter the building on ground floor from the San-Francisco-Straße or via a seperate generous staircase, which leads towards the inner courtyard and the lobby on 1st floor. The lobby itself facilitates an optimized circulation of visitors inside the building. Thanks to its central position the lounge and the conference areas can be reached on the same level. Through an opening in the ceiling the restaurant in the 2nd level is visible and can be reached by stairs or elevators in a convenient way. The similar applies for the hotel rooms by using the short connection with the central elevators.
