Landscape

The landscape is seen as a fluid continuity of the facade pattern onto the site. The lines of the facade are taken as a radial pattern all the way to the edges.

Different materialisation is applied to echo the colour scheme of the facade. Through the radial pattern a special perspective effect (reference Capitol Hill Michelangelo) is achieved that makes the outside plaza appear larger than it actually is.

Through a vertical differentiation of some parts of the surface the integration of green pockets and technical air exhaust openings for car park are possible
