Concept

The buildings are located around a large atrium, heart of DEXIA, true crossroads of the publics and the visitors – place of convergence of the people from the railway station area, from the planned university or from the urban boulevard and its "piazzas".

Three floors which accompany the atrium form a succession of planted terraces which contain common services, meeting rooms, restaurants, homes, etc. An auditorium of 300 places supplements this space.

The access to the tower is controlled and panoramic lifts give a plunging and incredible view on all site.

Two lateral buildings accompany the atrium and form two "milestones" on the big boulevard. Four levels of facilities supplement this group which contains 1200 off-street parkings. Programmed extension is moreover already hired.
