The Eco-Office

Many measures were taken to make this eco-friendly building.

A tensile roof structure transforms the space between the office towers into a grand, oopen atrium. Shaded by this lightweight membrane structure, the atrium encourages informal communication by accommodating an interactive flow of various business and social activities.
This naturally ventilated zone acts as a climatic buffer, forming a transition between inside and outside.

The building is wrapped with a system of fabric fins that not only shade the surface but also soften the contour of the builing.
Shaded from the harsh equatorial sun, the thin depth of the two towers provide a wealth of daylight, without the all-too-common glare problem seen in many modern office buildings.
