Design

This luxury yacht house has a basement and two floors. In the basement you can find the recreational area; a large open space, wine cellar, spa and fitness center. The ground floor is the public area of the house living room, dining room, kitchen, chill out, etc.

The first floor is the private area with four bedrooms and their bathrooms. Also outside of the house and taking advantage of the topography, there is the pool area. This area gains a lot of add value, because of the views.
