Luxury Tower, Senegal

This project is designed under the concept of a sunflower that dances following the sun. In this case, the tower tries to simulate this movement by twisting itself. The fluidity and movement of the facade is a clever game of its terraces that provide great solar protection to the units, an outstanding beauty within the urban context.

The tower sits in a square podium, and from that point the tower starts twisting to complete its 17 floors. This residential luxury tower has three kinds of apartments and has also a commercial and a wellness area in the ground floor.
