Because of the demand for slim profiles in the field of
old buildings resp. renovations and the innovative architecture
for high translucence, energy cost reductions, stepped up isolation
requirements at safe humidity-tranportations, care efforts and very
high quality-standards, the Fa. Rauh SR developed a window,
which are, because of their slim frames, highly resource-saving
and gets outstanding data in terms of construction physics.
The "TRI-Star K" named wood-aluminium coupled window,
features in addition to the general insulation glass a frameless
prefixed 6 mm ESG panel, which is connected to the sash by
a slim two-piece reel. The plate is interlocked by threaded
couplings and can be folded apart if necessary.
An electric, stepless adjustable venetian blind is
arranged between the external plate and the window.
A new developed PVC U-profile assures a flawless guide
mechanism and constrains sidewise exposure to light.
This allows almost complete dimming. Furthermore a
sufficient rear ventilation of the construction is induced.
Due to the construction, the heat insulation is outstanding. The outer aluminium-frame can almost be entirely covered.
Only aluminium and glass are exposed to the weathering.
The tested U-value of the window element lies at 0,84 w/m²
(certification report is available) and if installed, it's applicable
to passive houses. Energetic weak points like roller shutter
casings and guide loops dispense with completely. At the
same time, the inside venetian blind is protected from wind
and dirt. The maintenance requirements for upkeep and the
cleaning for sunscreens is clearly low-priced.
The 3-plated glazing (2+1 glazing), is carried out with noise
protection class SSK 4, with a sound suppression value of
41 to 44 dB, depending on the type of the particular plates.
Another innovation within the product family is the "SLIM-Line"
frame facade. At the exterior view, both systems don't seem to
be different, which makes a combination of both objects quite
possible. For example, a disposition of the coupled window
with sun protection on the south side can be supplemented
with our "SLIM-Line" window on the north- and east side with
identical design, which also have a high heat insulation
(Uw = 0,8 W/m² with certification report).
The filigree, ultra-slim elevation width of 80 to 94 mm and all
glassplates in-plane seduces a lot of people to "see behind the facade".
This narrow construction is only possible through the use of a
glue-technology, which glues the insulation glass plate in glazin
rebate with the inner support plate, like it's handled on the "TRI-Star"
windows. The insulation glass plate lies in the timberframe
(no thermal bridge). The new, especially developed flush-mounted
alu-system from Rauh SR replaces the alu-hull on the window casement
and allows a straight-lined and unified appearance of the facade with
large-scaled glass-plates.
Generous windows are characterizing for a home decor of open
daylight-flooded rooms. These big glass-plates give a free, open
attitude to live, which no one needs to do without. Wood and glass
form a constructive unit, which allows a smaller elevation width of the
frames for a better light-admission with excellent stability. Because
of this, extreme stable big sashes with narrow frames can be formed.
Wood-alu-windows generally require only a small maintenance effort,
are flexible in terms of color and provide high living comfort.
Windows no longer are the energetic weak point of the house;
energy-saving windows rather crucially improve energy-efficiency.
Because of the persuading technical data and the remarkable design,
we already successful processed several objects with well-known
architects from the region.
