The Buderus Thermostream technology which is used in medium and large capacity steel and cast iron boilers ensures an economical way of heating. Thermostream technology mixes cold return water with a portion of hot flow water within the boiler. As this takes place at the top part of the boiler, the return water is already warm before it flows around the heating surface. Therefore the temperature stays above the dew point, so no condensate can form, which might otherwise damage the boiler. This makes measures to raise the return temperature superfluous.

Buderus Cast Iron Boilers, 71 – 1200 kW:
The boiler material is special cast iron. This makes boilers extremely resistant to short-term condensation and allows the optimum design for a high energy yield.
Logano cast iron boiler parts can also be delivered in loose sections, which mean easy handling along tight passages for on-site installation.

Buderus steel boilers of the Logano SE and SK series have a spacious front door, optionally on the left or right side that enables convenient access for boiler and burner inspection. The high grade insulation over the entire boiler body and the special thermal insulation materials inside the front door ensure radiation losses are insignificant.
