PERFECT isn't enough german version...
Meiko presents its new series of dishwashers "M-iQ" , that allow you to save up to 30 percent of operating costs. Before they introduced the new series to the market, there was a five year period of research where they also paid attention to the wishes and experiences of their business partners. It was this dialogue with the users that lead to the "quantum leap in the field of professional cleaning", as they call the development of M-iQ. The new dishwasher consists of several modules that provide it with a variability in length, width and height, which means that it easily fits into every plan provided by the customer. The customer can choose between 465, 585 and 705 millimeters as transit dimension; and 570, 750, 980 and 1220 millimeters as width dimension. As flexible as you can build it, you can use it: Due to changes in the transportation system in the separate module, a M-iQ machine can be sued both as a band feed dishwasher and a basket transport dishwasher, whereas the last one comes up with a width of transit of 570 millimeters. Both versions have got one new development in common: instead of the need of a heat pump to dissipate the air in the machine, M-iQ conveys the air contrary to the direction of the rinsing process towards the inlet. That means that the air is cooled to 22 degree Celsius and is lead straight back into the scullery. Another novelty is the control system via a Bluetooth interface (additional GMS/GPRS available) and a display out of glass. Therefore, Meiko developed an intuitional operator guidance that ought to improve the operation, documentation and service significantly.
The rinsing process itself is supported by technical features such as the "M-iQ washing dynamic", the "M-iQ filter" or the "M-iQ energy concept" that gradually regulates the use of electricity. This means that the machine only uses as much electricity as it needs for a perfect cleaning result. The filter separates the food scraps from the water and keeps them from the water circulation. All this happens still during the cleaning process! The water itself is rotated in less blast pipes as usual, but with higher pressure. These improvements add up to a significant reduction in the consumption of both water and dishwashing detergent. Furthermore, the new energy concept decreases the electricity costs. Moreover, the cleaning after the rinse cycle is done by a fully automatic self-cleaning process. That means that you would only have to rinse the pipes and the strainer manually.
