GreenBuild Arabia Promotes Sustainability in the Middle East Construction Industry

GreenBuild Arbia, organized by Al Atheen, Jordan’s premier exhibition and business information publishing company, is set to be held from November 2 to 4 at Zara Expo, Amman, Jordan.

The three day exhibition aims to showcase the best green construction products, services and technologies from around the world. Companies of all sizes will exhibit a wide range of green products and services, everything from furniture, flooring and facility management to insulation, interior design and information technology. The event will bring together key design firms, organizations, developers, wholesaler, suppliers, decision makers and individuals promoting sustainability in the construction industry in the MENA region.

“The GreenBuild Arabia, the most influential trade show on green building and energy conservation in the Arab world, will focus on the accomplishments of the region’s green building industry. The Expo will provide a forum for the industry leaders and manufacturers from all over the world to interact and connect with various industry stakeholders and professionals in the region.” says the exhibition manager Mr. Mustafa Tarifi of Al-Atheen. Support by many prominent local, regional as well as international industry organizations, GreenBuild Arabia Expo expect to attract over 3000 professionals involved in green building and energy conservation in the Arab world and around the world.

The exhibitor profile includes building & construction; engineering; land development and planning; architecture; energy; recycling & waste management; facility management; green products & services; green consulting & regulations; governmental entities; regional & international businesses; wholesalers & retailers; importers & exporters, chambers of commerce; academic institutions, amongst others.

The exhibition is targeting industry experts & professionals such as designers and engineers, developers and constructors, consultants, planners, suppliers, wholesalers and distributors, researchers, decision makers, leaders, senior governmental representatives.

Besides the exhibition, GreenBuild Arabia 2010 will also feature a one-day conference dedicated for industry professionals to network and discuss new developments in sustainable development and technologies and challenges facing green industry in the region. Conferences held alongside GreenBuild Arabia includes: ICEMT, The International Conference on Environmental Management & Technologies; in addition to EMTme - The Middle East Conference on Environmental Management & Technologies, which address major developments in sustainable management and technologies in four industry sectors: Water, Waste, Clean Energy, and Air-Pollution Control.

GreenBuild Arabia 2010 is held in conjunction with EMTme - The Middle East Expo & Conference on Environmental Management and Techniques - which showcase the best enviro-friendly products and services from around the world.
