The date for the inspire conference in Berlin, Germany is rescheduled. The acting partner Matthias Niemeyer retired with immediate effect. The remaining partners Dr. Petra Zahrt and Dr. Michael Zahrt now are the sole shareholders.
Originally planned for 3 and 4 September 2009 in Berlin the inspire conference will stick to the previous concept. "Resonance has proven, that the topic special purpose real estate requires an own brand", stated Michael Zahrt.
Special purpose real estate: "A focus on tomorrow"
General idea:
Inspire conference has identified this trend and – as the
special purpose real estate conference –shall bring together international
experts on lifestyle + leisure, health + care, infrastructure + logistics and
education + culture. The core topics of finance, sustainability, architecture
and urban development are planned be dealt with in plenary meetings, workshops and
discussions.
Tomorrow`s experts – academic arena
A whole business sector is in flux – not just the properties: education,
training and careers in real estate are now moving off the beaten track and are
gaining a new profile. What will the bankers, consultants and advisers of
tomorrow do? Lifelong learning, flexibility and mutability in constantly
changing markets are essential for a successful professional life. Inspire
conference especially focuses on young talents and education, therefore: In
cooperation with European universities, the conference will present and award
visionary and trendsetting theses by students of real estate and architecture.
