Building strong, flexible, energy-efficient, costeffective electromechanical infrastructure
Dates: 21 - 22 February 2012
Venue: Istanbul, Turkey, Eurasia
Turkey is in the midst of injecting energy efficiency regulations into the construction industry in every aspect possible. Considering that Turkey’s energy relies on external factors ( i.e. 90% petrol, 97% natural gas, 20 % coal is imported), and that buildings consume 36% of the total energy available in the country, the rationale for improving the electromechanical structure of the buildings becomes more clear.
Programme highlights
• Panel discussion: Investigating how the coordination between developers, main contractors, architects and MEP contractors can be optimised - 21 February 2012
• Executive exchange: Meet, network and exchange business cards with your peers – 22 February 2012
• Panel discussion: Ensuring that the technologies deployed in the buildings help optimise the energy usage without increasing the cost or complexity of the MEP infrastructure – 22 February 2012
Key benefits of attending:
- Build relationships with stakeholders to explore new MEP
solutions and how they are utilised in new projects
- Learn more about the upcoming energy regulations and
government plans to start planning your MEP works for the
next project accordingly
