Heimtextil Russia 2010, International Trade Fair for Home Textiles, Floor Coverings and Interior Furnishings will take place from 14 to 16 September at Crocus Expo fairgrounds in Moscow. As the flagship of the industry, the 12th Heimtextil Russia has experienced continued success with strong visitor numbers, new trends and famous companies and international brands.

In 2010, experts noted a burst of activity on the textile market and increased interest in specialized interior exhibitions. This tendency is reflected in the exhibitor registration. A number of companies from Germany, Portugal, Taiwan, India, Pakistan, France, Finland with such famous brands as Luhta Home, Caleffi and Ungaro, Finlayson, as well as the retail chains Belpostel, Decolux, Espocada, New Line 2000, Dom CARO, Merlinlux and many others will all be exhibiting at Heimtextil Russia 2010.

Moreover, this year the European exposition of Heimtextil Russia will be in a special focus: apart from traditional national pavilions the visitors will be presented a separate exposition "Designed in Europe" uniting leading European producers.

Traditionally, Heimtextil Russia presents a fringe program with master classes, seminars, round-table discussions and design events. For the first time, a joint project between Messe Frankfurt RUS and the well-known publishing house „SALON PRESS" will present a special show on each day of the fair with up-to-date topics and corresponding master-classes with world class designers.

Heimtextil Russia is a brand of the world famous trade fair Heimtextil in Frankfurt which is always one step ahead of the market. In 2010, Heimtextil Russia will present decorative interior installations to architects, interior designers, representatives of the hospitality industry and interior salons. A creative show of decorative wall coverings and wallpapers: "Obvious incredible. Interior Compositions" combines style and functionality - the actual art of wall coverings - to offer original solutions and creative approaches.

The innovative area includes a creative live show for interiors. The idea is to create a work of art in a certain style by combining fragments of various wall coverings. Each composition will follow one of the contemporary interior design styles: eco-style, avant-garde, art-deco, modern, classic style.

For the first time, Texcare Russia - International Trade Fair for Modern Textile Care will take place parallel to Heimtextil Russia. The synergy developed by both fairs will serve to attract an increased number of HoReCa visitors who represent hotels, restaurants, cafes, etc. In addition, visitors will have increased opportunities for fulfilling all their business needs in one stop.
