At Cityscape Dubai Michael Schumacher presents the design for The Michael Schumacher World Champion Tower, the first in a series of seven towers to be built worldwide. Ground Breaking will be at the beginning of 2009, with a completion date around June 2011

Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC), which is developing the iconic building, has submitted a joint application to the Guinness Book of Records to recognise the tower as the "most inclined in the world"

The largest ship lifting construction in the Gulf region has been installed by the German supplier Bosch Rexroth AG within just one and a half year at Dubai Maritime City. The installation can hoists cargo ships out of the Persian Gulf and transport them to the repair docks.

This development will be an integrated city within a city, with distinct neighbourhoods linked by a diverse network of transportation options, and comprising low-, medium- and high-density areas with business, residential, retail, leisure and recreational components.
