CTBUH Annual Awards

Deadline for receipt of nominations: 30 April 2010

The Council issues seven Tall Building awards annually; two Lifetime Achievement awards and five Best Tall Building awards which recognize excellence in design and construction:

  • Best Tall Building – Americas
  • Best Tall Building – Asia & Australasia
  • Best Tall Building – Europe
  • Best Tall Building – Middle East & Africa
  • Best Tall Building – Overall
  • Lynn S. Beedle Lifetime Achievement Award
  • Fazlur Khan Lifetime Achievement Medal

Following an open call period for nominations, the Council’s Awards Committee selects the winner of each category. The Best Tall Building Overall is selected from the four regional winners and announced at the CTBUH Annual Awards Ceremony & Dinner. Winners and finalists are also featured in the annual CTBUH Awards Book, which is published in conjunction with a major international publisher and distributed internationally each year.

Nominations are now being accepted for the CTBUH’s 9th Annual Awards program. All nominated buildings must have been completed in the 20-months period between 1 January 2009 – 1 October 2010.

Submit nomination material (including the completed digital copy of this form) on CD/DVD to Mr. Gordon Gill, CTBUH (see below).
Digitial material can be submitted to Steve Henry, CTBUH (see below).
