VI. European Biennial of Landscape Architecture![]() Dates: 30 September - 2 October 2010 From 30 September to 2 October 2010, the 6th European Landscape Biennial will take place in Barcelona, Spain. Part of the Biennial is the 6th Rosa Barba European Landscape Award. The Biennial is organized by the Association of Architects of Catalonia (COAC), the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Master’s Program in Landscape Architecture and the Association of Friends of the UPC), and the Department of Territorial Policy and Public Works (Architecture and Landscape Division) of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia. The Biennial Barcelona will open itself to landscape in a symposium that will be set at some of the city’s most exceptional sites. This symposium will last three days and will include talks, presentations by those finalists competing for the Rosa Barba European Landscape Award, papers, roundtable discussions, exhibitions and samples from which we will be able to track and discuss the evolution of landscape design in Europe.
